Racing Results
2013 SeasonPMG travelled to Battle Creek Michigan on January 12, 2013 to compete in the Midwest Indoor racing series at Kellogg Arena. The race was held on a Concrete surface which required a quite different set-up than was usually used on chassis 004.
The results where better than expected as PMG 004 set the fastest Qualifier at 9.90 Seconds, finished 2nd in the Heat Race and grabbed the Win in the Feature in front of 5000 people.
2012 Season
PMG Chassis 004 was the most successful chassis built to date. Throughout the season 004 and driver Jason Goldsack finished off 2012 with 1 feature win at Parkhill Ontario, 1 heat race win and a second and a third in only 4 races attended.
History
Formed in late 2007, Performance Mower Group (PMG) came out of the race shop in 2008 with Chassis 001 to 3 podium finishes and a heat win in July 2008. The team finished the year 3rd in points.
The 2009 season was cut short due to other obligations. PMG Chassis 002 led every race it was entered during the season. Parts failures kept the team off the podium during this short season
PMG decided to sit out the 2010 and most of 2011 seasons to focus on other business commitments although Chassis 003 had been completed in 2010.
In the fall of 2011 PMG teamed up with a WOO racer to enter one of his tractors to prepare him for the 2012 racing season. Performance improved with the help of PMG but yet failed to see a podium finish due to part breakage.
After the improvement shown in the last few races of 2011, PMG once again decided to attack the WOO ( Western Ontario Outlaws) Championship Series.
2012 was the first year for the WOO Modified Class with PMG Chassis 004.
